I don't see any reason you can't lose that amount in the time frame but you'll closer to losing it than not if you stick to SnS like you have in the past. Looking at your photo you don't even look like you need to lose anymore weight because you look slim but obviously you know where that extra few pounds is hiding!
 
Thanks hun :) I look thinner but I heavier and my trousers are tight. I have never looks my weight. I really hope I lost at least 14lb x
 
Right day one is done :) I feel great and I have been peeing all day... Water done!!! I really hope I have a good loss this first week as I need it my trousers are tight I was 14 stone at the start of fasting and I'm 14st 3 now... But I lost 7lb in the first week so since then 10lb have gone on and I feel every ounce I feel like a bloated pig :( but hey I'm back in the zone now!!
 
Stick at it Katie and you'll soon have the weight off and more xx
 
Thanks :) glad I had the break I had learnt to maintain until fasting came and then my self destructive traits reared their heads... I need to work on them otherwise they won't change will they?

I'm doing ok thanks Katie. Trying to maintain now and not struggling particularly but the second I have a little break it seems to take an age to get back to where I left off and then I have another break :). Maybe that's the nature of maintenance? Up and down a bit but pretty much maintaining where you are? I'd like to do a few weeks on this maintenance plan to see if it works for me (and I'd like to head downwards a little more). Guess I'm just impatient to find out :).

Oohhhhhh it's like I wrote that myself ! Isn't it odd how I now have more issues with my body than when I was 20stone however at least I can buy nicer clothes to cover it x tights are now my god send x
 
Katie , Lea you are so funny! You have absolutely not idea how far you have come do you? I wonder if you have kept any clothes from the start of your journey, the ones you would wear all the time, you know day in and day out to hide the fat or simply feel comfortable in? If you do try them on now and actually wearing/dressing like you did for a couple of days or so. I bet then your *minds* will catch up with the physical losses you have achieved. It really is a tremendous achivement to lose the amount of weight you ladies have on all sorts of levels. It somthing some of us can only strive to do. Just love the modesty you guys have about your strength of discipline and achievement. keep it up as you give the rest of us mere mortals *hope*. x

Awww thanks :) I haven't kept anything! Gave them to some people that needed them more than me... I do have a size 18 pair of trousers that hang off me!! Wore them to work today lol baaaad idea but made me realise how much I have lost.

Day 3 over and went well... I was 14st 3 in the morning on Monday and this evening I was 14st dead on I would say easily a 6lb loss in 3 days... But I must wait until I'm back from my moms on Tuesday for official weigh in.

We are to the Harry potter studios saturday and to central London museums sunday. We are doing bed breakfast and evening meal. I am determined to stick on track. Im hoping they have a salad in the evening. I have my packs packed in my going away bag. Mostly shakes. :) yay!

Can't wait for the challenge!
 
Visions of you old size 18 trousers and you wearing them as you look now made me LOL!! I think I'm on day 4 maybe it's only 3 I can't remember! Anyway feeling rubbish but your post made me laugh!

Just checking how you are getting on? I'm back SSing too. It's day one and I've already had my 4 packs and its dragging. My husband is working tonight so I may have to go to bed early to survive!

How are you finding it? I need to get at least a 25lb off before turkey in October. When are you going?

Sorry it's taken so long to reply I was sure I had written a long reply but I guess I was out of signal area grrrrr!! I wore those trousers and I felt like a bag lady lol... I had a 16 on the next day and they were fab... Makes me realise how much I have lost. I feel up a bit this weekend as I went away for the weekend only slipped up at Saturday dinner and all day Sunday due to accessibility to water etc... But back on it today :) hopefully I have still lost a few Pounds this week. How are you getting on?

wa alaikum salaam :) how are you doing? I am back on again today after a shakes couple of days away but you know what I enjoyed every minute. I go in just under 3 weeks and want to get to 12 st 13lb at least lol just so I can say im in the 12s... Will weigh in tomorrow morning and inshaallah this weekend hasn't affected my loss too much 2-3lb loss would be lovely. My husband goes to turkey on Sunday so I have two weeks without him eating chocolate and kebabs to concentrate on my loss :)
 
You should have some kind of loss showing tomorrow especially if you intake has been less than previous week. I was doing ok though I found it a real struggle to get through the first 4 days more so than ever before. I think my TOTM and severe depression I am getting added to why I felt it was so difficult and the typcial pattern of caving into to a blow occured. Tried yesterday to sick to it again but decided to try and eat sensibly which I managed. I am hoping now TOTM is over I can try again today.
 
Having no husband is a small bonus in a way. It means you can really focus. Go to bed early and have death breath without offending anyone!

I'm sure you will be able to get into the 12s! What are you weighing now? I must go on the laptop and check.

Well when I weighed in last Monday I was back up to 14st 3 thursday before I went to moms I was down to 13st 12 I think... I did slim and save for 5 days so hopefully I've lost something calories way down from the last 4 weeks.

What are you weighing in at Nat? And how is the ssing going?

Dont get me wrong I will miss my husband
A lot until I go out to join him the joys of being employed now limits my holidays x when do you go?
It's been hard for me this time
Kira and I blame being due on :( I'm super hungry And super thirsty I'm hoping totm turns up soon as its driving me mad.
 
I should be on sshares for natures harvest, but I highly recommend the rhodiola roasea! Holland and Barrett online sell it if you dont live near a shop.

I miss my husband when he is away too. We are off to see my new niece and my MIL in 6 weeks, cant wait, adana will still be in the 20's! I tell you though, that there is always something temting when you are on your diet, when you have a very sensitive man around. My husband loves to share his food with me for example and often can be heard to say "just one bite"....haha, then gets offended if I wont. He is also very sensitive about smells, so if I am SS I have to brush my teeth and use mouthwash like 90 times a day, even the slightest hint of keto breath upsets his sensibilities.

I should go into exile for 6 weeks and then wow him with the results. Do you remember Violet? He husband was Egyptian, she came to stay with her UK family (she lived there) for 6 weeks before Christmas last year and the weight she lost, her husband never recognised her when he picked her up from the airport! So, I would use this time to your advantage and sock it to em'. Think of the look on his family's face (if they are anything like mine, they cant help but comment on people's weight)
