Katiebaby- back to Slim and save for the last leg of my journey

I have some of those tablets :) I will start taking them tomorrow when I got for it 100% :) I want to lost quite a bit while he is away so I can shock him... I was almost 16st when I saw his family in march so there's going to be a shock there too lol
 
Dreading my weigh in tomorrow as I have eaten nothing but rubbish this afternoon a proper binge :( never done it like this before I was just eating and eating and eating for the last 6 hours ... Tomorrow is a new day not even sure what triggered it today as I have been good on my planned weekend off while I was in London...... Soooo upset at myself,,,, well the scales won't lie tomorrow I will just have to take it and move on.... Feel sick now though :/

Ohhh Katie! We have all been there!! I hate that feeling of fear when you are waiting to weigh in and you know you have had a bit of a slip up. It's ok. This weight loss lark isn't straight forward. Wait until next week. You will have that fab loss, then you will be reassured.
 
4lb off this morning :) hope yesterday doesnt damage next weeks loss. At least I'm back in the 13s just

Katie, that is great news about your 4lb loss! Well done. I am sure you will lose next week as long as your overall calories for the week are less or "used" up. It's really cheered me up! Come on girl you can finish this now! x

Oh it has :) it shows even 5 days on track and 2 off can give a loss need to be 100% until turkey now to suprise my Husband when he meets me at the airport... Even 7lb in 2 weeks at my weight you can see :) so exciting
 
I have found I need a routine... knock me off my routine and i fall... I was doing great until I couldnt come home after work and didnt have a pack with me so I ate chicken donor meat (100g) and salad... not the best but not bad... got home and just ate chocolate what is wrong with me... oh yes TOTM!!!!!!!

So tomorrow will be DAY ONE (I know again) for the last time.... i have 17days till turkey and need 14lb off... so need to be strict and drink all my water.... here goes :)
 
Water will be the order of the day today as I need to and can do this... No excuses!!!
 
Made a decision and will be having an induction at the new local gym tonight :) I can't wait will give me something to do after work when my hubby is away

Lol I know I have all these plans yet I know as soon as he goes I will be lost and miss him like mad.. Only 13 days though as I'm going out to meet him x
 
Actually joined the gym :))) it's a weight lifters gym but has a women's curves like circuit tucked away upstairs which is 40 mins long looks great.... I will do cardio before and after and see how I get on 6 days a week until I go on holiday

I go to something similar! Womens only and it's really good!
 
There's a red light green lit beeper system,,, you do 3 mins on the resistance machine and the in between each machine 45 seconds of cardio of your choice... I can't wait to try it tomorrow
 
Katies I like the sound of the RAG lights on the weights. Sort of like haivng a personal trainer. You can't stop until the light tells you. Sigh! That is what I need a light sytem or a personal trainer (with a whip!) Er! No not along the lines of Fifty Shades of Grey!
