Day 2 - truffa, chicken curry noodle soup, sweet porridge and mild curry with eat water noodles.
I have had a good day again, drank 3 litres of water and kept busy at work, I am working all through Easter so no time to sit idle and eat chocolate lol.

Spent 3 hours this evening making a weight loss and motivation chart :) can't wait to start filling it.... Been over ambitious on the goal 11st 2lb .. It's my ideal and not so far away now!

No problem I have found a new talent haha... Me and my sister in law made one each as we are both doing slim and save... It was a great way to pass the time.

I'm working today.. The last two days have been fine regards hunger as I've felt under the weather but today I am hungry hungry... Just ate my broccoli I bought to go with my lunch pack... I'm just going to keep chugging back the water. The canteen smells nice as I walk past but I can't eat In there even if I wanted to as its not halal so makes it slightly easier. When on slim and save I make sure I never bring money to work so no chance of the vending machines calling. Well they can call but my shutters are down lol

Feeling positive had a sneaky weigh this morning even though I said I wouldn't lol my trousers feel looser since Wednesday so I was intrigued.. I have lost 6lb after 2 days!! Under 200lb again never to go over it again... I'm 14st 2.4lb now and i am hoping ill get into the 13s by Wednesday ... My mini goal is 12st 12 so I can call the fertility specialist for treatment :) I saw her a year ago and I was 19st something!
 
Wow that's brilliant after 2days and I am starving my day 3, that's where I struggle but keep drinking as you are and you will be fine :)

One thing I forgot about this plan is the amount of time you spend on the toilet, think I woke 3 times in the night to go!
 
Oh I know its a nightmare! I have a trek to the loo at work and no sooner had I sat back at my desk from my last trip I needed to go again lol day 3 I remember the first time was hard but I will get through it and keep strong

Day 3 yesterday was a bit tough due to hunger but I think it was mostly psychological though so I drank Los of tea and water. Day 4 today aNd weekends are always a little wobbly so it will be one step at a time.

I work in our kebab shop on Friday and Saturday nights.. Tonight I haven't got to which I am grateful for, the smell gets me first lol
 
Day 4 done :) maple and fruit bar, cottage pie, chocolate snake and mushroom pasta with salad and eat water noodles.

Cleaned my house from top to bottom today... Not feeling as hungry today which is great. Only time I know I'm hungry is when my head goes funny. I cannot wait for weigh in as I know it's going to be a good one :) I am determined this time to make sure I am on track and no oh this bit won't hurt etc... I need to hit this first goal of 13 stone it's been a number in my mind since the start, closest I have got before is 13st 9... So here I come 13st!!!!!!
 
Day 5 done.... Maple fruit and almond bar ( need to buy more as they are the best) , cottage pie, spag Bol and curry with slim noodles... Had extra chocolate milkshake as I was so faint... Ate my bar too early. But I still didnt cave which on a Sunday in on my own is great for me

How are you doing Katiebaby? I am on day 5 today so I am always looking how you did on that day :)
 
I'm in day 6 now :) yesterday I was fine a little hungry but nothing like on the scale of the other 4 days. Today I know I'm in ketosis freezing hands and feet, energy and my packs are satisfying the hunger.

How do you feel?
 
Hi Katie you are doing great! Pleased you are not feeling hungry this first week can be soooo tough but you're practically there!!!
