Hideout looks soooo sick, my friend worked there last year and actually loved it! She wa a wreck hahaha!!! I'm trying to convince the girls to go for the weekend but not sure. Cannot wait for glasto, I went 2 years ago an actually lived in the dance village, took me a week to recover an I'm not even exaggerating hahaha x

I can imagine! Omg it takes me a week to recover from one night these days let alone anything more. Such an old bird loool xx

Bfast:
Branflakes 3pp
Semi skimmed milk 2pp
Coffee 0pp

Snack:
Fat free greek yoghurt and blueberries

Lunch: pea and ham soup 6pp

Dinner: think im having grilled steak with veg will update later

Checked my weight, glad ive lost what i gained just before totm. So determined to do this now.. Yesterday shopping i was looking at all the nice dresses, bikinis and stuff for my holidays and it has motivated me.

I am spending today doing some of my newly qualified course work and then gonna go shopping to plan my lunches for the week ahead! I know i can stick to plan at work as its so much easier for me.

Well ive been very good today suprisingly! I was on my lunch walking around the shops and so tempted to get some crisps but i thought no... Dont do this!

Food diary:

Breakfast: golden syrup porridge 4pp
Milk 2pp

Lunch: salmon salad 6pp
Fruit selection 0pp

Dinner: Unsure

I know it sounds pathetic that i stopped myself from getting crisps as i am well aware some people do this all the time but i need to hold on to the little achievements to keep me focused x
