I have subscribed. I am rejoining WW again, as I can't keep going how I am. I lost 4 1/2 stone with WW about 6 years ago. But have put it all back on. I have dabbled with SW and slim fast, but seem to find that WW works best for me. So as soon as I have got over this bug I seem to have picked up, I am getting my backside into gear.

I am the same.. Tried every diet going this is the last chance saloon. Ive messed around for so long but determined now! Good luck and let me know if you have a diary!

Food diary:

Rice krispies and milk 4pp
Banana and 2x satsumas 0pp
Coffee 1pp

Lunch: 7pp
Chicken, jalapenos, olives, rocket, cucumber, tomato, mozerella

Dinner: chilli with lean mince etc 9pp
Loads of veg 0pp
Jacket potato 8pp

Food planned ahead for tomorrow! Gonna try out an egg white omelette with one yolk tomorrow for breakfast to mix things up a bit!

Just watching supersize vs superskinny.. This prog always makes me hungry lol what a sicko!

Just tucking into some frozen blueberries and a pint of water!

I have suprised myself this week dont want to jinx it but feeling really motivated. Worried about my night out sat because i know sunday means hangover... Which usually leads to binge eating! X
 
Mmm omlette sounds good!! With the drinking on saturday, you still need toenjoy yourself chick but for hangover get yourself some lean bacon, ww sausages and ww petit pains...sorted :) x

Sounds like a good idea! Gonna do that tomorrow! I never seen ww sausages anywhere though... Need to hunt them down! X
 
I got some from sainsburys yesterday and on the pack they said 2pp each and they were just sainsburys own. they were nice x
