Had a roast dinner.


Feeling a bit :( all of a sudden? Totm due next week and the thought of work tomorrow is depressing me also. Instant reaction is to eat but I am not going to. Need to stay strong and keep downing the water!
 
Ugh realised today we have a team lunch at the slug and lettuce!!! Can anyone recommend something relatively low in points that they do? Xx

Hey thanks for the advice i took it! I had the skewers they were really nice actually and i went easy on the houmous and sauce. Did eat both of the wraps so just in the process of counting up the points xx
 
I figured that if they were on skewers then they wouldn't be smothered or cooked in a sauce and probably cooked on a griddle or in an oven and not fried

Yer good thinking! Everyone had a pudding too but I kept strong lol x
 
Food intake:

Bfast: porridge and skimmed milk 5pp

Lunch: chicken, onion and pepper skewers with wholemeal wrap and houmous 11pp

Dinner: left over roast gammon 6pp
Veg 0pp

Walking: 1hr today
