Was my mates bday @ loop bar in london was pretty poor tbh. Drank far too much i was holding my mouth all the way back in the cab to stop myself chundering!

So glad i am doing nothing next weekend! These nights out put me right off track x

I feel so sick from all ive eaten today.. I wish i could keep this feeling in a jar and any time i feel like binging again i could open the jar and feel disgusting like now for a few seconds to stop me!

My stomach hurts, i feel physically sick and just generally gross! Whyyyy did I decide to eat so much?!

Im laying in bed like a massive sloth feeling sorry for myself lol!

Looking forward to a new start tomorrow though x
 
ahh im with you iv just counted all my points up on just the food iv ate then cried....not to mention the drink i have to point off last night x

I think ive consumed weeklies for at least the next month!

All the alcohol last night and a cupcake

Today iv eaten big mac meal, chicken nuggets, crisps, fry up with chips.

I have never felt so ill from it, my body is telling me its not good!

It certainly is a new day tomorrow lovely... Just think about your holibobs in September. I know it's a bit of yet but don't end up like I am now x

I am, last night I felt very uncomfortable and fat. I don't wanna feel like that again on a night out and definitely not on hol!

A saying I saw on FB yesterday.. People always have second chances that second chance is tomorrow!
So jus draw a line under it babe and todays a fresh!
Its awful when ur night hasn't been that cracking and the hang over the nxt day isn't really worth it lol!
If I get really drunk I jus wanna eat as well!! Sometimes its not worth. It is it!
But new day today misses xxxxxx

I think thats part of it, the fact it wasn't worth it at all! Never mind today I start again and hope for a sts this Friday x
 
Morning all! Had such a nice sleep (best in about 7months!!) and the sun is shining so my mood has lifted!

Feeling positive for this week! I managed really well for two weeks and will do really well again!

Food plan for today:

Breakfast: 4pp
Porridge w/skimmed milk and strawberries 4p

Lunch: 8pp
chargrilled chicken 4pp
2x olives 0pp
Lettuce, cucumber, tomato and peppers 0pp
Wholewheat pasta 2pp (very small amount)
Pesto 2pp

Dinner: not sure either a healthy turkey breast biryani with loadsa veg...

Well something with turkey anyway!

I am gonna try if possible stay slightly under my dailies but only because of the weekend... If i feel hungry though il use them up as i don't want that to in turn lead into another binge!
