Morning all! Had such a nice sleep (best in about 7months!!) and the sun is shining so my mood has lifted!
Feeling positive for this week! I managed really well for two weeks and will do really well again!
Food plan for today:
Breakfast: 4pp
Porridge w/skimmed milk and strawberries 4p
Lunch: 8pp
chargrilled chicken 4pp
2x olives 0pp
Lettuce, cucumber, tomato and peppers 0pp
Wholewheat pasta 2pp (very small amount)
Pesto 2pp
Dinner: not sure either a healthy turkey breast biryani with loadsa veg...
Well something with turkey anyway!
I am gonna try if possible stay slightly under my dailies but only because of the weekend... If i feel hungry though il use them up as i don't want that to in turn lead into another binge!
