Gonna see how i feel and try stay under today due to last few days over eating and carbacide

Ooo also i got the mothers day dine in for 15 at m&s today! Roast chicken, roasted root veg and bramley apple and pecan crumble with custard
Mmm! Wanted profiteroles as theyre my fav but mum doesnt like :( im such a good daughter! Xx

Bfast: rice krispies and skimmed milk

Lunch: m&s count on us lunch and crisp

Dinner: chilli con carni with 50g brown rice and loads veg

Snacks: muller light


Today:

Bfast: bacon x2 4pp
Scrambled egg white
Tomatoes and mushrooms 0pp

Lunch: gonna save myself for dinner!
Fruit 0pp

Dinner: will update once i have all the points added

Root veg 1pp
Roast potatoes 4pp
Gravy 1pp

Dessert: bramley apple crumble 9pp
Custars 4pp

Walking 9pp 1.5 hours


Forgot to add going for a 3 mile walk with mammy in a bit to earn some activity points x

Ha, that's exactly what I've done!!! I hate the evenings, I've made some jelly with fruit in and it only 1.5 syns for the whole lot so even if I eat it all tomoz, I don't care hahaha xxx
 
I should have known today was gonna be rubbish after id put a mouthful of branflakes in my mouth then sneezed this morning! Hahahha not a pretty sight!!!

On duty today and need to stay in office til 5pm! Luckily there hasnt been much on (dont wanna jinx it) so i managed to do some bits of work, complete a presentation for my course and gonna work on my court report this afternoon! X

Well i had a cake bar that was on our desks! Im due on and the f*ckers at work have thought its a wonderful idea to introduce a 'tuck shop' ffs.

Yer i did and ive got weeklies too.. Feel bad as i had crisps with my lunch too. Trying to cut out bad snacks, trying to snack on fruit only but sometimes i just need a choc fix!

Oh really.. What would make you go back to SW? Dont mean that in a rude way btw! Do what works for u x
