I know your having amazing losses with the gym, but my body just seems to not be getting on with it, its showing a gain, I will see what Tuesday brings but think I will stop gym for the mo and just keep working on food for my losses because it works better for me for the moment. I think when I am 1 stone away from target, I'll get a PT trainer and get back on it for the last stone. I hope you have a smashing loss on Wednesday hun, I would actually say, your on fire lol
