Hmm it's a difficult one, don't cancel, whatever you choose will have syns I'd go for tandoori chicken & take the skin off, salad & for afters the fruit salad if cream hasn't already been added, I was going to suggest eating before you go then you don't eat much ya your mums but you may not get away with that.
Definitely take the skin off and fill up on salad too. I was gonna say eat before you go aswell but your mum will still probably want to feed you up, lol xx
Evening Bev , how are you hun ? Well done on the body magic. Me and RR were discussing the other day that when we do gym continuous it affects our losses, its happened to me too the week I did 5 days in a row I had a 3lb gain, now I go one day and have the next day off. That's what I did last week and I lost. On my off gym days I do a 40 min walk instead. Think it might be good if you alternate too, especially with running because its quite intense and high energy, just some friendly advice, the rest is up to you hun . I will pop over to your diary in a mo. Hope you've had a fab DAY 3 on the challenge.

Finally all caught up!! Arghhh with a menu like that I can see why you're feeling a bit nervous. It does sound yummy though, but there are some things you can do to make it a bit more SW friendly. Like others have said, skin off the chicken and plenty of salad. Take a little of what you fancy and leave the rest. At the end of the day its quality time with your family that's the important bit, so I definitely won't cancel. Is there any chance you could make something yourself to take along that's SW friendly and stick mainly to that? xx
Thanks Bev for replying, no mum won't have any of it, she's cooked loads and I think she's gonna pack stuff for us to take back with us too , I'm starting the challenge on Monday how will I say no, its rude, I'm stuck .
