I know! I would be lonely and miss you too much if you were to go anywhere! :D You are doing fab now and I'm sure you will do fab after too!!!!

This week is going well although I gained on monday hehe. So losing that and more for next monday! My body is getting its ass kicked! Haha xxxx

Think I have caught up with peeps so time to write to you.
I am sooooo pleased you can look for the positives in this situation. Everyone speaks the truth when they tell you how fab you're doing.
We're all a little bit selfish in saying that we want to keep you for a little longer.
You will get this 4.5 stone award by following the simple plan without the challenges take the pressure off yourself and reap in those benefits of being lighter for your op.
You are an inspiration to us all and your enthusiasm and detication really shines beyond anything else.
So heres to a good month in May for you hun. Keep your head up high and keep on smiling, people are much more beautiful when they smile, thats a fact!:D

Thanks Sheila, yep think I just want to follow SW and enjoy my meals and lose at a more relaxed pace rather than chase big numbers. I have 3 weeks left to get my 4.5 stone so there's no hurry :). I'm really excited for you for tomorrow, I really hope this is your week and we all will be celebrating with you ! :p xx

Yep I was just saying to Sheila that I feel more calm and relaxed now, I still want losses of course but happy to space it out over 3 weeks. How are you feeling hun, you must be well excited about your hols coming up ? xx

My C always used to say I was putting too much pressure on myself and to just relax!! I hope it works for you hun. You will do that and more besides, 3 weeks is ample time to get you to where you want to be and to go for your Op happier and lighter.

Thanks hun im keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow, I feel ive had a really good week with my food and it would be brill going into my birthday week @ target :D Just have to think positive x

Hello everyone, thank you so so much for all your lovely wishes, your all so kind and supportive and I really appreciate it :).

I have come to terms with things now, yesterday was horrible, today I'm still hurt and upset but the anger is over with and I've accepted things for what they are. I overslept this morning, my head felt heavy and I woke up late, ended up missing group. I've texted my C and told her my Op is not going through so I will resume group from next week, she has put me down for H today. I have decided to take a week off, I just need a break from it all. I am not going to do any crazy eating or anything, all within syns but not be so strict on myself either and enjoy my food. I'm not going to log my food diaries this week, I just want to chill for a bit. From next week I have 3 weeks left before my next Op date to get my 4.5 stone award. I'm not going to rush and also this time I might take a break from my own challenges lol and just stick with the normal SW plan ;).

I know I've probably got some serious catching up to do with your diaries, hope your all well and having some fabby losses ! :D
