Dont change the avatar, i havent (Im not that brave) but on the diary its good to keep looking back and seeing the difference, remind yourself how far you've come.

Trust your secret sis , you are stunning . I felt the same when I put mine in but I'm glad I did it's helped my confidence a bit, I still self doubt but putting the pics on was a huge milestone I'm glad I over come

Its a shame you feel the need to hide your pic hunni but I hear what your saying about the confidence thing.

I am going to stick my neck on the line here and will probably get shot down ........... I think when people post pics (even of their food) the lack of comments following tells a story because people dont want to hurt or upset, so its best to say nothing. I think you can see by the immediate comments that its not the case here!!!

I weighed 9 stone at my cousins wedding a few years ago, when I see the pics its makes me sad because I want to get back there again. But I've decided now to settle for 10 stones. Finding it hard to get to there even xx

was you happy in that photo of you at 9 stone? Or are you just wanting the look? I wasnt happy at my lightest. I played happy but wasnt comfy. I looked skinny but there was no warmth in my cheeks and heart for that matter. You'll know when you've hit your target. xxx

Yep Bubble it was a time in my life when I was my happiest, would love to be back there but I have compromised because I don't want to be too hard on myself so am happy to settle for 10 stone xx
