I wanted to ask you something, you know when u eat in the day, do u have a set time for your meals ? or do u just eat when your hungry ? I find when I follow a set time plan and copy that each day, I have a better loss. Strange I know but it really works. I know its a bit robotic lol but I'm one of those sad people that actually looks forward to 1pm, 3p, 5pm on my sheet and seeing whats next to be eaten :p xx

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm Kay you've now got me thinking, I've no idea if the times I eat my meals have any affect on my losses, you know now I'm going to make note!!! I have my breakie c7:15, lunch 12:30 & tea 5:30, but last week we weren't eating until 8 or 9 at night, way too late for me. x

I think it definitely affects my losses Michelle. I have started to chart what time I munch on a spreadsheet, snacks included, infact everything that passes my lips. But I also feel that this data alone is not substantial enough, a persons daily activity level and water intake (and I mean plain water) will also come into play. Since I have free time on hand and am at home waiting for my op, I can do this little experiment for myself :). I do try and eat my last meal by 6pm, especially a carb meal by 5pm. I don't eat carbs after 5pm. My sister has a very fast metabolism , she eats 2 plates of rice and nothing happens to her waistline and she doesn't exercise much either, grrrrrr . Me on the otherhand, carbs just stick to me :rolleyes: I have to exercise and work bloody hard to burn them off ! Each to their own I guess, we are all different !

I try and eat frequent every 2-3 hours and small meals. I have heard this is good for weightloss and helps boost your metabolism. I will let you know how I got on after a week and see if its helped me. This is how my day goes roughly :-

9-11am - 1 Litre of Water

11am - Breakfast

11-1pm 1 Litre of Water

12-1pm - Body Magic

1pm - Snack

1-3pm 1 Litre of Water

3pm - Lunch

4pm - Snack

5-7pm Dinner

After 7pm - More Water if I haven't done my 3 litre target by then :)

I know this will not be possible in `REAL LIFE ' when u have work and jobs to do, nothing can work around a fixed time, but as I've said I'm only doing it as an experiment, because I'm not working I have the free time available to see if this gives me better losses ;) xx

Vonnie - I have just finished my 3 litres of water on `Plant Nanny ' love that app :D thanks for introducing me to it. I have grown a dandelion :p. There were some other plants that I liked but it wouldn't let me chose them because I didn't have enough points or something ? lol . So what happens tomorrow, does it start from the beginning or will it keep my dandelion ? I would like to keep it, I've grown quite attached to it ;) xx

Did it not give you the option to move it, then each day it gives a seed, and you plant something else or another dandelion , on the screen where it shows you the variety of plants at the bottom it says gain free seeds , it takes you to watch advertisements for other apps there only 10 sec or so long but it will give you about 10 seeds each day ,
I just put my drink in but coz I've been rubbish lately it's telling me my plant is dying , if I don't drink today it will die tomorrow ,

Maybe because I'm on my last cup, so when I finish that and enter it, I would have hit my daily target, then what do I do ? xx Sorry to bother u Vonnie, first time I'm using it :) xx

Oh right it goes through different stages till it's fully grown , then it will say your plant is fully grown do you want to move it, press yes and it goes onto the next screen and is planted there , then you choose a new one some are free some need seeds to buy them,
Each day press the icon top right of screen some images drop down the one that is like a fence is where your dandelion is replanted and will give you seeds each day , some give one some more depending in the plant ,

Just carry on entering your cups , if you have drank your daily limit it will warn you that you are drinking too much, so just carry on tomorrow there's usually 3 or 4 levels,

:confused: Oh I'm a bit confused, nevermind, it took me to the flower shop and now its saying I have gained 1 free seed. Not to worry Vonnie I will work it out, thanks for the help :) xx
 
I've just looked in my garden , the dandelion takes 23,800 L , until it is fully grown ,
Then it will say full grown etc
