, I find writing my food diary and taking food pics helps because it makes me realise whats gone in my tum and stops me from eating more ...talking of which, where's your new phone cameraman ? Kay xx

I'm feeling hungry tonight I had made some SW chips so I hope that's the end of it,
I only had one bowl of soup so that's not really gone to plan either,
Think totm cravings are starting to rear their head

Will you not be able to get in to MiniMins much Von? I know on days when you're working it might not be possible of course but fingers crossed you'll have lunch breaks for a quick catch up on your phone and evenings, if you're not too exhausted? Heck, you may have to take extended toilet breaks!!
