Kaz's Food Diary - to a slimmer me!

Eee I am so bad at keeping up on here! X iv had a good n bad week n put 2.5 on :( x feel v sorry for myself, even though its my own fault! I made a big syn free tea though of ham cheese n tomato little quiches salad and pease pudding with pasta, kept half for lunch tomorrow so I'm just going to keep trying!
 
Well there's no rush is there, you'll get where you want to be in the end & on the plus side at least you know why you've gained x

T: jacket beans n salad

Snacks : fruit pastille lolly (3) cracker crisps (4.5)
 
Hello love how ya doin? Its good your straight back on the plan. Keep at it, its a life change and we all have blips. I know I have this week ive not stuck to plan at all in York so need to kick a$$ now until wednesday.

You can do it, you have had some cracking weeks just keep going you will get there, as Michelle says theres no rush
 
Thanks! I'm doing ok been off plan yesterday though! Just trying to get my head back into it. Been lookin through photos etc n thinking what I have coming up to work towards. I was even gonna drive over work to use the gym but I dunno if your allowed in on a Sunday ha ha

Im doing my best until weds I didnt have a lot to eat yesterday but what I had was on plan, I dont know what im having today, ive taken some mince outta the freezer might do meatballs or spag bol x
 
Oh man I am still here I just keep forgetting!
Today.
B: nothing was too rushed!

L: chicken and salad on wholemeal bread, light salad cream (1)

T: pork chops all fat removed, mash (a) used a bit milk in, veggies mint sauce

Snacks: quavers 5.5, whirly bar (4) and I'm gonna do veggies and cucumber mint dip to stop me picking at crap!

Syns 10.5
 
Out tonight going to stick to vodka lime and soda :)

B: bacon and mushrooms sandwich (b) tomato sauce 1

L: ham omelette salad, sw chips

T: pasta and sauce, carrot and cucumber and dip

And iv had 2 babybels :)
 
Well its been a long time, lost my way a bit!
Finally a good day on plan!
B: sw quiches and a pear.
L: cottage pie and roasted carrots (a)
Snack: pumpkin ryvita (b), ham ff cottage cheese.

T: thinking chicken and mushroom pasta n sauce with added veg :)
Syns: freddo (5) and maybe something else x
 
Good to see you back chick - WI tomorrow are you staying to group? Planning your food for tomorrow as you said earlier is brill, keep it up xx
