Hi guys hoping this helps me to stop eating junk and makes me thing twice about what im eating in future feel free to comment as im totally new to this 
Wed 21 october : Green Day
Breakfast: 2 Weetabix HEB 225ml milk HEA
Lunch : Pasta n sauce 125ml milk HEA
Snack : Mullerlight apple
Dinner: 2 quorn burgers beans
Water : 2 litres 3 green tea
Exercise 5 mile run morning
3mile @ running club tonight
Will use some sinns tonight and post later x
