25th August - off work EXTRA EASY
Breakfast - porridge (heb) with milk (hea), grated apple (thanks for this tip Shrimpy was gorgeous!) and raspberries
Then the OH said he wanted to go out for tea, so the rest of the day is on hold!
So at the Italian I had pasta with tuna and prawns in tomato and garlic sauce followed by strawberries and squirty cream. I dodged around the cream so will call it 1 syn. Not sure about my main as obviously it will have contained oil... Could class it as my heb for tomorrow? Also had a cider :-s and 2 vodka with slimline tonic

Exercise - 1 hour body combat, 3 mile walk
Syns for the week - 49/49 (eeeek! And got the wedding tomorrow! If I average 10 syns a day this can be bumped to 70 but didn't really want to do that. Ah well guess I don't have weddings all the time)
Considering we also have the wedding tomorrow I can see myself having to go a little over and perhaps having some syn free days to catch up
A real shame as I jumped on the scales this morning and they were showing a huge loss. End of * week so always the case if I have stuck to plan. I'll choose the best options and see how I get on. Might need to do lots of dancing at the wedding too so I burn off the alcohol!
