23rd August - 1700-0300 shift EXTRA EASY

3 Ryvita fruit crunch with light philadelphia and chopped strawberries. This was so so good but didn't realise only 2 is a HEB so need to syn 1 (3)

1 Cadbury mascot (4.5)
5 chewy sweets (no more for the rest of the week, sorry Keiragh ;) )

Prawns in rich tomato sauce with veg and pasta (I really didn't have room for this, I had it with cabbage and only ate about 3 prawns and 3 bits of pasta with the cabbage!)

Roulade with extra fruit :)

Syns - 12.5
Water - 1.5lt
Exercise - 1 hour body pump class

24th august - EXTRA EASY 1300-2300

Breakfast - roulade, 2 ryvita fc (heb) with phili light (1/2 hea)

Tea - tuna sw quiche with salad a sprinkle of cheese (1/2 hea) and cous cous

Water - 750ml
Syns - 6 (3 choccies)

25th August - off work EXTRA EASY

Breakfast - porridge (heb) with milk (hea), grated apple (thanks for this tip Shrimpy was gorgeous!) and raspberries

Then the OH said he wanted to go out for tea, so the rest of the day is on hold!

So at the Italian I had pasta with tuna and prawns in tomato and garlic sauce followed by strawberries and squirty cream. I dodged around the cream so will call it 1 syn. Not sure about my main as obviously it will have contained oil... Could class it as my heb for tomorrow? Also had a cider :-s and 2 vodka with slimline tonic

Exercise - 1 hour body combat, 3 mile walk

Syns for the week - 49/49 (eeeek! And got the wedding tomorrow! If I average 10 syns a day this can be bumped to 70 but didn't really want to do that. Ah well guess I don't have weddings all the time)

Considering we also have the wedding tomorrow I can see myself having to go a little over and perhaps having some syn free days to catch up :( A real shame as I jumped on the scales this morning and they were showing a huge loss. End of * week so always the case if I have stuck to plan. I'll choose the best options and see how I get on. Might need to do lots of dancing at the wedding too so I burn off the alcohol!

So I had Italian... Updated above and managed to stick to fish week :) shame I guzzled a cider though :(

Well I was really good at the buffet... Salmon and prawns with boiled rice, 2 chicken satays, a chicken leg (no fat), a slice of beef, salad and a 1" piece of pizza (1)! Alcohol was a different story and I have a bit of a hangover this morning which I haven't had for a long time! Syn free until Tuesday and hopefully I can still manage a huge loss.

Syns - probably about 25 on alcohol
Water - 750ml
Exercise - none

Syns for the week - 74/49 oops!

27th August 2011 - off work RED

Didn't get back from the hotel until late so no breakfast

Lunch
Bacon and 2 slices low low (HEA) on wholemeal bread (HEB)

Dinner
Prawns in rich tomato sauce with cabbage and carrots
Mint hi fi bar (HEB)

Slice of ham

Syns - 0
Water - None but I have had 500ml of squash so not all lost!
Exercise - 45mins Kettlenetics

Eep jumped on scales this morning and are showing a 2lb loss. A bit gutted that 2 nights out has affected it and guessing I'd have had a huge loss otherwise :( might stick with the fish week!

28th august - 1000-2000 RED

Well over syns for the week so a 2lb loss would be welcomed!

2lb is a huge loss hun!!! I know what you mean. I only lost 1.25 but again have hardly had any syns so should have lost more really but it is all going in the right direction. xx

I know and I shouldn't mid week weigh because I was showing a 3.5lb loss :( I'd have got my club 10 with that too. That said if I lose 2 after 2 nights out I'm pleased with that and will be definitely hitting the fish more often! X

Exercise - 1 hour walk with the dog
Water - 750ml (500ml of which was skinny water, not sure if it counts!)

Syns for the week - Well over :( Weigh in tomorrow... I say well over and then remember that I weighed in on a Monday so a day early last time. 10 syns a day for 8 days is 80 syns and I am currently at around that... a little more but not massively.

WI day eeeek scales say 1lb loss now :( will see what the official verdict is later. Food diary...

so I thought I'd post my measurements... not noticed a huge difference but it is a difference none the less.

17th August
Upper arm - 11.5"
Bust - 35.5"
Under bust - 31"
Waist - 28.5"
Hip - 39"
Thigh - 23"
Calf - 16"
Stomach - 35.5"

30th August
Upper arm - 11"
Bust - 34.5"
Under bust - 29.5"
Waist - 27.5"
Hip - 38.5"
Thigh - 22"
Calf - 16" (yet they look smaller? Strange!)
Stomach - 35"

I am bloated today, got stomach cramps so probably not the best day to measure but still a bit of a difference :(
