Today has again been a bit mismatch with a family picnic AND a bbq, but still okay

Total Calories = 975
Exercise = Gym, burnt 460 calories doing cardio, no weights today. Also, lots of running round at a family picnic playing frisbee and with a bouncy ball!
This may sound okay, however, throughout the day I've had a fair amount of bread and light margerine and little nibbles of people's food, but I like to think the gym and running about counteracts this And I'm patting myself on the back for not having any bbq food!
Soooo... could have been worse!
