Hiya Christie, I didn't know whether I should post there still but I will from tomorrow as my exercise week starts again tomorrow. How are you doing?
 
I've decided to buy the WW kitchen scale later today. Has anyone has any discounts at all the for it that they're not going to use. Thanks in advance. I'm so excited, can't wait to purchase it and receive.
 
I'm doing well, Keisha, thanks for asking. My weight seems to have stabilized, but I've put on more muscle, so I know I've lost fat. :bliss: My measurements and sizes have really changed; I put on some jeans today that have been terribly tight since I bought them, and they're loose now! :eek: So all in all, I'm happy with where I am. :D I'm not really doing the W8 maintenance, more the healthy eating thing we did at Fit Farms, and it seems to be keeping me feeling great! :smiley1842:
 
Good luck on the healthy eating. Only 3lbs to go now I see. Which forum would you be on then?
 
Well, not sure! I was thinking about WW, but it seems that only saturated fat is taken into account when evaluating foods, not sugar or sodium, so I find that worrying, plus I noticed most of the questions regarding food values are about junk/snack foods! So I'm still hanging a bit over at the W8 (and posting in the exercise challenge thread!) until I find another home! :)
 
Sorry Keisha - can't help you there - but my consultant said she had one so if you have not gotten sorted by Wednesday then I will ask at my weigh in.

Good luck for tomorrow - and sorry about the totm starting AGAIN....GRRRRR

Will do. I trying to cook from scratch instead of buying ww ready meals all the time. And I'm tried of making seperate meals for my girls.

Well Rach, I've lost 2lbs this week:D. I'm happy about that amount although I thought it would be more due to my APs. But I proberly over did the exercising and not eating enough points. Hence cutting the exercising a tad bit. Just came back from a 2.5hr walk and I'm soooo tired.

When I started this diet I told myself if I have a loss of 1-2lbs weekly, I'll be very happy. Well aim for next week is another 2lbs:), hope totm will be finished by then but I would'nt hold my breathe:mad:. Off to the doc next Mon to get some pills so I can start them month end.
