Well I mixed it with low fat cream cheese then topped with a bit of cheese so not really. Obv it didn't taste like mash but I would def have it again. Didnt miss the potatoes n low carb xx

Mmmmm I might have to keep an eye on the reductions and If a cheap one turns up I will try it!!! X

I used frozen cauliflower, only cost me a 1£ I think. just cooked it longer than it said till really soft, mixed it up n drained all water through a sieve then mixed in cream cheese :-D xx

i might try that. it sounds delish.

I go on the strider aswell. my trainer gave me a prog and the strider is my warm up for 10mins on the cross country setting and have to keep it at 110spm its a fecking killer

I think the little 35g tubs are 2pp? Perfect for portion control and they comfortably cover two crumpets lol x
