Tonight's dinner, cauliflower topped cottage pie! Loads for 10pp x

nevermind kezza, the positive is that you can easily lose a stone by time of the wedding in september, you were doing so well and if ur anything like me as soon as i get near my target i sabotage myself (not consiously of course) but i always seem to do it. not sure why but could that apply to you as you were almost there and so focused x
 
Onwards and Downwards from here! The main thing is you faced the scales, you didn't just let them keep going up and up! Your Cottage Pie looks amazing, do you just turn the cauliflower into 'mash' then? X

Thanks hun! Feeling quite motivated now! :) prob seeing those horrid numbers on the scales.

I just used 1/4 packet cottage pie mix, extra lean mince, carrots onions n peas and the cauliflower topping was just frozen cauliflower microwaved till really soft then I sieved all the water out, pressing with a spoon. Mixed it with low fat Philly then topped the pie with it and some low fat grated cheese! Yummy!! X x

Indeed! I think that and Meringues and Fluff and Jaffa Cakes are my favourite 1pp Snacks! X
