Day 2 - stuck to 26 pp yesterday and feeling better for it! Still feeling very fat but hopefully after a wk of being good I'll star to feel better. I'm going to try n not use all my weeklies as I want a really decent loss next wed. It's my friends hen wk end wk on fri, off to Liverpool fri/sat. So no doubt I'll b going over my weeklies then. just wish I'd started back at ww earlier!

Dinner - sweet chilli chicken and egg salad with Yog and Mint sauce - 10pp

God yeh it does, I've bought healthy snacks in tho for when I get peckish fruit/ yoghurts. N Fruits free .. One thing that did my head in cal counting was counting fruit! Made me not want to eat it. Xx
I totally agree! It bugged me that I had to count celery sticks,I still remember that they were 7 calories lol, I mean who the hell got fat eating celery sticks lol x
