Awwww the perfect end to a perfect weekend! And the main thing is you enjoyed yourself :) The scales can be tackled once you're home, not worth putting your social life on hold for. X

Yeh it has been a mad wk end. Think the breakfast was a bad idea, feeling so rough on the mini bus home! 1 hr to go then half hr drive back to donny :-( xx

well I'm finally back home n feeling so rubbish. 2 n half hr rickety mini bus journey then half hr drive back home! had a bit of a jippy tummy, prob drinking n eating none stop for 2 days :-/

Just jumped on scales n looking so bad, like 5lb bad! Prob not a good time to weigh really. Hoping I can get that down before wed xx

Tut Tut with your Midweek WI but then I can hardly talk! I reckon that's mostly bloat cos of the types of food you've eaten and drinks you've drunk! You've got 2 clear days till Official WI, Damage Limitation is a Go Go Go! X

I just use gym, my gym only just started doing classes cos its a small gym. Going to start n do spinning xx

its very hard but ya earn the most ap dong it. I earn 9ap doing an hour spinning class.
it wouldn't of put on 5lb. that's mostly water retention and stuff. that will have gone down by wednesday

OMG 9AP in an Hour! Do u ever do a Boxercise/Boxing Class? If so how many AP do you earn for that? X
