It is bank hol after allI'm tempted to have some malibu but think my 1 or 2 will turn into half a bottle... That's my prob really though I'm such an all or nothing person

Well I'm going to have a few vodkas ton. Set myself a calorie goal of 1300 so I don't feel deprived. Most days I'll b ok with that without using exercise cals but today I will b using some. Will have had 1168 in food n single vodka is 61 cals. Valvidar vodka ... Burnt 390 cals walking dog n gardening xx
WW Macaroni Cheese, I never eat Ready Meals so looking forward to going home so I can cook 'proper food' ! X
1300 sounds good, Vladavier is definitely the one to have, much nicer than Smirnoff! No point skimping on cals, might lead to you straying in the future.x

Yeh 1300 is a good number for me. Like I say most days I won't eat my exercise cals anyway so I should lose doing this xx

Yes it's going ok I'm not having carbs until the weekend for a quick blast god it's boring I live for carbs! But I've stuck to it for 3 days now minus a couple of beers but not to worried I have a busy week with birthdays and I want to enjoy them
Well it's day 3 and I'm feeling quite motivated. Stopped at 4 vodkas last night, usually would have had more n def not singles! The OH had bottles of wild berry brothers n desperado's which I love but way to many cals compared to a single measure of vodka! had most of my exercise cals yesterday but that won't happen often. As long as I don't go over I'm not that bothered. aiming for 1300 today and no more. Got tons of ironing to get through, prob take me at least 2 hrs so that should burn some cals, plus I'll b walking dog later for an hr. need to get back to gym at some point this wk. it's closed today.
Today's food
Got up late so brunch .. 2 boiled eggs on whole meal toast
Cappucino
Dinner will be marks n Spencer's chicken jalfresi meal with a ww nan ( OH goes to his mums on a mon so cooking for one)
Wil have around 340 cals left. will prob have a cereal bar with a cuppa later. If I don't fact anything else then I won't eat for the sake xx
