kerry me 2 im fing sick as today. Craig gone in gyn iv just weighed now come to the car sick and nearly in tears dunno what to do to get passed this xx

Aww sorry to hear that. I'm fed up too, miserable In the way I look at min n feel in my clothes. that should b enough to make me eat healthy n go gym but somehow it doesn't! .. What did the scales say? Are they not playing nice xx

10.10 a few weeks ago I was 4lb down! just dunno what to do. You look great tho xx
 
Once I'm back at work, I'm going in clean/healthy eating and training, back how I was. I'm gonna start a new diary an make it a lifestyle change. I know we can do it!!! Small steps to ease in!! I've just taken my measurements and they're up!!! X

U look fab tho tan, I know it's how we feel in ourselves but u look super toned n such a flat stomach! .. But ur right we can do it! My aim is to be 9st 7 for Florida next may! This time I'm going to do it! :) xx

I'm gonna have small aims! I don't even think I can aim to be 9st 7, it's just unrealistic for me! I'd probably say 9st 10 is my comfortable and probably do-able target! That's what I'm going to set my Maintenence goal at x

Prob too unrealistic for me too but I'm going to try, even of its just for my hols n then stay at 10st! Xx

31st aug Best friends sheff hen do but that's a meal n few drinks. I'm so skint at min with getting car that I've dec to drive n not drink. Saves on cals anyway! That way I might chose healthily from the menu.

5th sep off to London to see wicked. This will include drinks and a meal.

19th sep - friends wedding!! these are the only days I am having off plan. But I'm going to try n not be too unhealthy. Apart from the wedding which can't be helped xx

Today's food

Cappucino
Raspberry alpen bar

Philadelphia n sweet chilli wrap
Sour cream low fat crisp

Chicken in red wine with spring onion mash ( m n s meal ) + veg
Count on us choc mousse
Apple

I do have few cals left but that will b for milk in tea's. plus 2 litre water x

Thanks hun. Feel better now for having a plan. I just need to get back to gym. all being well I'll go tomorrow. just seen pic of u in ur dress, looking lovely and very slim xx
