Hey chick, I need all the help i can get too. I've just spiralled so bad since the wedding. I think it's cos I haven't really got anything on now for a incentive, Although I am going to Florida next May so should really start for that n not leave it till the last min. My stomach looks so bloated n horrible, jeans are right n I haven't been to the gym in over a wk n half :-( Trying to stick to calorie counting but not going go b too strict cos I'll just go off plan. Aiming for 1300 - 1400 calls a day n gym 3 times a wk swell as walking the dog. Thinking of getting a heart rate watch that does cal ect for the gym and mainly walking the dog so I don't have to take phone to log cals. We can do this Hun!!
