4lbs in two weeks I'm not expecting much tomo as I'm on nights and it mucks up my body but I have been sticking to it. Slow and steady! Have to keep reminding myself this is good

hi everyone, just wanted to let you know that after a VERY eventfull 2 weeks filled with a ridiculous amount of alcohol & bad food i am back today with a vengance!

im starting back on slim & save as only 12 & half weeks until x-mas so as i have such a huge amount to loose i dont have much choice really haha + i think its good as now im back at uni & socialising im such an all or nothing person that when ever i go out il end up getting tempted/convinced to drink which would totally mess up/slow my losses! atleast with this diet i have no choice haha!

so just wanted to give u all some motivation & say if i can do it then anyone can... believe me!! & also let ya's know that i also need some encouragement as this next week is going to be sooo hard but so worth it!! xxx
 
Hey chick, I need all the help i can get too. I've just spiralled so bad since the wedding. I think it's cos I haven't really got anything on now for a incentive, Although I am going to Florida next May so should really start for that n not leave it till the last min. My stomach looks so bloated n horrible, jeans are right n I haven't been to the gym in over a wk n half :-( Trying to stick to calorie counting but not going go b too strict cos I'll just go off plan. Aiming for 1300 - 1400 calls a day n gym 3 times a wk swell as walking the dog. Thinking of getting a heart rate watch that does cal ect for the gym and mainly walking the dog so I don't have to take phone to log cals. We can do this Hun!! :) xxx

sounds same as me hun but if u put your mind to it ul have that weight off in no time! i went swim for 1st time in 2 weeks today & it felt amazingggg!! get yourself down there hun honestly once u get back into it & start feeling good it becomes second nature again! i finally got my exercise bike so did about 30 mins on that whilst watching x-factor & also walked dogs so my 1st day back on plan has gone well :) diet wise aswell im happy! was origanally planning on doing slim & save 100% but after alot of thought i dont think its best as with my social life at the mo id end up resenting the diet because i "cant have it" wheras if i do very strict calorie count il be "choosing" not to have it.... theres a massive difference & to be honest i think the weight loss would be about the same so pointless restricting myself to that point!

we can do hun & will be so worth it when we reach goal :) x

Breakfast - banana
Milk in teas

Lunch - Heinz Serene vegetable soup ( this was yummy)
Brown roll

Dinner - carrot n swede mash
Garlic chicken
Broccoli

Hot chocolate
Activia peach yog

560 cals gym
200 cals dog walk :-D xx
