Day 2 going good. Just cooking my t. Had lunch quite late after the gym
Breakfast - bran flakes and skimmed milk
Lunch- sundried Tomatoe with Mexican chicken salad
Dinner - carrot and swede mash, 2 ww sausages
2 aunt Bessie Yorkshire puddings, broccoli and gravy
Fruit box from morrisons had - strawberries, pineapple, kiwi, grapes, few meringue pieces, topped with low fat yog and few granola bits
Gym -500 cals
Dog walk - 200 cals
Back in the zone baby :-D xxx

Well I buy both but I just had the ones that take a few minutes. Been in freezer ages xx

Day 3 and still going strong, been gym mon n tue. No exercise today as I visited my niece after work then went for dinner at my sisters
Just put all my gym stuff in to wash so no gym tomorrow but will go fri. Going to take dog on a 5 mile walk tomorrow tho to make up for it.

Lunch - Heinz garden fresh tomatoe soup
1 slice roughage bread
Dinner - rustic chicken ( Coleman's cook in a bag) it has chicken, green beans, potatoes n carrots in it
M n a count on us mousse ( amazing at only 115 cals )
Rocket ice lolly
Cinnamon and Raisin Bagel sounds so yummy! I'm obsessed with Cinnamon at the moment! X
