Kerry's final weight watchers diary!!!

Day two and feeling good! :) i really want to succeed this time. I joined god knows how many times and gave up. I've got a day out in York with the girls on the 2nd of nov. 8lb off for then n I'll b a happy bunny! I'm always good mon-wed then spoil it on my night shifts at work. I just need to have willpower and stick to it.

I sat and watched my mum eat a mcdonalds last night, the new Australian BBQ one, didn't phase me tho. She kept asking if I wanted a bite but I resisted lol

Today's food will be

Banana
Milk - 3

2 rice cakes and philly light - 3
Serene veg soup - 6

Jacket potatoe - 5
Tuna - 3
Salad - 0
Light mayo - 1
Lurpack light - 2

M n s skinny frap desert - 3

Lol yeh ur soup!! It's quite high pp for a soup but it's filling and very yummy xx

I find sometimes when I have low pp stuff I end up snacking more and probably use more pp, counter productive really!!! C

Yes I agree, if I'd have had low pp stuff I would have only used the rest eating rubbish xx

I used to have 2pp or 3pp Choc so would eat 2 or 3 (lol) but now I just have my one 5pp bar! X

So far so good, day two in gym and stuck to plan

Had banana for breakie
Rice cakes with Philly light and serene veg soup for lunch
Dinner was jacket pot with tuna salad
M n s skinny frap desert :)

You sound like ur doing well on slimming world xx

Oh yes! Lol I only joined back up yesterday so that's why I being good. Come next mon they will b gone xx

There was a desert recipe in the weight watchers book this week. Going to try it out

1 peach halved and cored
Bake in the oven for 8 mins, then add 2 raspberries to each and crumble a ww digestive biscuit and bake for another 8 mins then serve with ww crem fresh 2 pp :) xx
