Day two and feeling good! i really want to succeed this time. I joined god knows how many times and gave up. I've got a day out in York with the girls on the 2nd of nov. 8lb off for then n I'll b a happy bunny! I'm always good mon-wed then spoil it on my night shifts at work. I just need to have willpower and stick to it.
I sat and watched my mum eat a mcdonalds last night, the new Australian BBQ one, didn't phase me tho. She kept asking if I wanted a bite but I resisted lol
Today's food will be
Banana

2 rice cakes and philly light - 3
Serene veg soup - 6
Jacket potatoe - 5
Tuna - 3
Salad - 0
Light mayo - 1
Lurpack light - 2
M n s skinny frap desert - 3
