It's been rather calorific! Lol .. Yeh I think I've come to the conclusion I'm crap at dieting alone! Xx
 
Im crap at dieting alone awell thats why I go to the meetings every week. You get some great tips from people as well

I think they will be nice with the Piri Piri Sprinkle and a lot cheaper than the Shop Bought Roasted Ones, these only worked out at 20p a Portion! X

I used of stop for the meetings when I went with a friend but when I go alone I don't seem to stop. I'm going to make sure I do this time round xx

My ft4 polar heart rate monitor watch came today so I gave it a try out in the gym Says I burnt 563 cals ( usually about 520 so 40 more with the hrm) 34 min dog walk jog - 318, although this seems quite high. Has anyone else got one and how accurate are they? xx So total of 881 if this is correct xx

So that's 11 ap earned today :) xx

Here's today's food. Not a great dinner as I picked my mum up from the airport after weight watchers meeting so eat on the go.
Starting weight 11st 1 :-0

Banana - 0
Milk - 3

Beans - 5
Toast - 4
Butter - 1

Chcken and mayo - 8??
Velvet crunch - 2
Chicken satay with chilli sauce - 2
Mcdonalds cappuccino - 2

Just found one on Fitness Pal which is 324cals, worked out as 9pp. I think you did really well given the circumstances.x

Ignore me, no fibre content on mfp but looked on pack n there is 2 so makes it 9 xx

Day two and feeling good! :) i really want to succeed this time. I joined god knows how many times and gave up. I've got a day out in York with the girls on the 2nd of nov. 8lb off for then n I'll b a happy bunny! I'm always good mon-wed then spoil it on my night shifts at work. I just need to have willpower and stick to it.

I sat and watched my mum eat a mcdonalds last night, the new Australian BBQ one, didn't phase me tho. She kept asking if I wanted a bite but I resisted lol

Today's food will be

Banana
Milk - 3

2 rice cakes and philly light - 3
Serene veg soup - 6

Jacket potatoe - 5
Tuna - 3
Salad - 0
Light mayo - 1
Lurpack light - 2

M n s skinny frap desert - 3
