I'm the same I'm finding it easy and I'm full all the time I know I will loose slowly we just have stick with it

We certainly do chick n it's better than gaining! Slow n steady wins the race :) x x
 
Going to weigh in tomorrow morning, weigh day is usually Friday but I've got to stop at my mums for a couple of days due to car being broke. Weighed in at 10st 8.6 last fri mornin. Feeling quite bloated n I've only had 5 days on plan. Hope I get a loss x

I hope so to but if not remember to carry on and you still have a few days until Friday I'm weighing Fridays to although I started Monday
 
Thanks girls, i like to b down to 10st 6 tomorrow but any loss is better than no loss x x
 
Today's food intake

Extra easy

Breakfast/ dinner 2 x wholemeal toast hex b
Butter - 2 syns
Mackerel in ton sauce
Banana

Dinner - home made chilli with brown rice
Oil - 2syns

Snacks - ham n crabsticks
 
Just been looking through my directory, at the Chinese on extra easy day

Chicken in blackbean per 360g - 5syns

Fried rice - 4 syns per 300g!

Obviously this will prob b half of what u get at Chinese but usually share with my bloke anyway! Happy days!! ... N if ur feeling extra healthy plain rice is free! X

Yep its defo good. !! I thinkchinese is one the lowest ones syns wise chicken chow mein is 7 syns i think, yummm x

Ages lol keep going back and forth the same weight but I've been good the past few weeks and I'm sticking to it lol determined x

Oh I've been two-ing n throwing with different diets for ages now! Just need to stick to one. I'm liking slimming world cos unlike other diets I'm not always starving. Just hope I lose weight on it. x
 
Today's weight 10st 5.2 so I'm down 3.4lb since fri, I'll take that :)! Aiming for 2lb this wk x x

Skimmed milk (hex a)

Lunch - mini jacket potatoes, Mexican chicken chargrill - 4 syns
Carrots, peas
Butter - 2 syns

Dinner - home made chilli n brown rice
