Hi All, I'm still here. Keeping up to speed with all your diaries, have just been a bit quiet on my own as I feel a little bit of a fraudster!
Diet is going well, I was a little bit extravegant at the weekend and over indulged a little, but I'm not beating myself up. Had 2 packets of crisps and an apple pie! The scales are still going down and I have reined it back in today.
I have noticed a time goes on that I am slacking with the water, so I am making a conscious effort to keep the water intake up. Still drinking plain water though, which I am pleased with. After years and years of either fizzy pop or squash!
I have just finished my TOTM so I am hoping that will help with the weight loss this week. I weighed a huge amount heavier on the SW scales than I did on my CD's and my own scales. 9lbs heavier in fact! So no idea what this weeks weigh in will reveal. Ideally I would like my first weigh in with SW to be the same as my last weigh in with CD, but that will mean a 9lb loss! lol
I'm feeling excited about losing weigh still, which is good isn't it? I have bought a 12 week countdown on SW and I will see what I have lost at the end of that. If it isn't shifting as fast as I would like, then I may try another months stint on CD to up the pace a bit.
It's only a year and 14 weeks till my wedding day! So I need to lose an average of 2lbs a week to get to my perfect weight. Although 1lb a week will give me what I need to get into my wedding dress.
