I think my body knows when it's full, I just ignore it?! lol
Like today, I had a large jacket potato and half way through I was starting to feel full. In my head, I know I should have stopped there, but I carried on and ate the rest.
Sooo....I think what I might do is dish myself up a half portion, eat that. Give it chance to go down and then if I am still hungry go back for the rest. I need to monitor exactly what goes in my mouth and how much of it.
With the water, I always try to drink 2 litres a day, so will continue with that plan. I don't think I will be drinking more than that, but if I find I am hungry too much, will have to try upping the water and seeing if that helps with the hunger pangs.
