Hey Kez don't worry too much about those lbs they're mostly glycogen stores from eating carbs and should def be off by this time next week if not by next WI. Keep doing what you're doing and you'll be fine, well done for not getting too despondent about it, it will come off as quick as it went on if you stay 100% xxx

Your waist looks smaller in the second one. I'd never know they were taken years apart.

End of Day 16 (day 2 after my cheating) and starting to feel a bit sorry for myself. Am cooking steak & kidney pudding for Scott and although that doesn't appeal to me at all, the creamy mash to go with it does! So does the jacket potato and cheesy beans I'm cooking for his dinner tomorrow!

I really don't feel any lighter or less bloated yet, am worried that I'm not going to see a great loss by Thursday. Will be very miffed if I don't! lol

Headache is starting to kick in and I'm starting to get that taste in my mouth, so maybe tomorrow will bring ketosis. Hope so! Not feeling cold yet though or weak and shaky? Usually I do?

My CDC told me to some extra exercise this week to help boast the loss, but don't know what to do? I guess the fact I am not feeling tired or weak means I can afford to?

I wish I was feeling tired, cause then I'd go up to bed early and at least I could sleep through. But not feeling tired at all...in fact the last two mornings have been up nice and early!

Have cleaned my kitchen through and hoovered through, done the horses, walked the dogs and am bored, bored, bored!
 
sounds like you've done your exercise.... horses, dogs, housework! it all counts :D

do you need to go to the loo - that might be why you still feel bloated! don't stress as i think it makes losses slower.
 
p.s if you want more exercise then add in the hoovering to music and dance it off. just remember to close the curtains. :D
 
I think I need something to occupy myself in the evenings. Sounds like a perfect time to pick my equince science degree back up, I put it on the back burner until I completed my accountancy qualifications. But that finished weeks ago, so no excuse now!

I love cross stitch! Is that sad?! lol. I think it's my logical mind, I like counting the rows. It's like a game. Ok, that is a bit sad isn't it?
 
i love cross stitch too. used to make all my own christmas cards until ems arrived. still have some left from 2 years ago. i quite like taking a design and altering it to do my own thing.
 
I like having a great big pattern and doing one colour at a time so I spend hours counting rows and lines! It's like a puzzle.

i downloaded some cross stitch xmas patterns from the internet a few years ago as i lost my patterns. still have them saved.
 
I used to buy the patterns of ebay. And buy my thread off ebay as well, much, much cheaper!
 
i only use dmc thread, best stuff :)
