Me and my other half said the same she had a nice bod I thought and she was pretty her hair was lovely!she wasn't fat at all.

Having such a bad night snack wise, gone over by about 14 just snacking on biscuits n buns ect! Think I must b due on!

I'm like that when due on too,and sat night doesn't help matters either coz all I wanna do is snack on weekends.I saved 18 points for tonight though but bet I still go over xx

Yeh all within weeklies, just wanted a wk if not eating many weeklies x
 
Claire,I'm trying not to use mine this week too...have been losing away but slow enough- my best week was the week I used no weeklies- so it's kind of an experiment for me. Wouldn't do it every week but wondering if I did it once a month would I get a bigger loss. Also,not using weeklies only works when you've no social life (that's me this week! OH is in Chicago til next thurs (WI day!) so I'm at home with the two kiddies. And I'm back to work on monday so that has really put a halt to my gallop.) So am hoping to stick to 29 pp a day til WI,will report back...fingers crossed!

Haha well thats the thing, I always plan on not eating weeklies but always end up eating them, plus sometimes more besides xx

It's so hard tho isn't it? Only used 5 thur n fri n that nearly killed me! Caved in tod tho :-( xz
 
I always think I won't use any today,everyday,but end up using some!lol!
Can't help it.should try and not eat any tho and see if get big loss.good luck tras

Oh man!!! I'm at shakedown festival in Brighton the weekend after. I'll do this week and you do next week an we'll see if it makes a difference. Last night was fab. Food was good. Watched a film called unknown which was ok but I got totally lost in the storyline haha. I'm so crap! What's your plans for today hun? X
 
Yeh we'll do that then, hopefully get big losses! i watched unknown last wk, wasn't that keen! .. not got any plans tod, was gonna go pics but think we're just having a lazy day, bout u? Xx
 
Gym then my sisters for dinner. Got to do some work in between. OH is popping into his work too so won't see much of each other today haha! (yay) joking!!! Dreading tomorrow's weigh in as it's at night!!! Eeek

so here goes saturday's food diary, didn't quite go to plan. used way too may points that i wanted to use, all on rubbish! :cry:

lunch - country garden chunky tom soup = 6

tea- chicken cas =5

snacks here's where it went wrong!!!

lemon puff biscuit = 2

dairy lee tubes = 3
party rings = 3
bun= 4
cad fingers = 3
quavers = 2
milk in coffee = 1
sugar = 2

total = 21 :sigh::sigh: omg too many pp on snacks!!!

really don't weant to use any more weeklies till weigh day as i can't even exercise cos my treadmill is broke!! :cry:
