ProPoints Kezza's weight loss n food diary!!

Omg sat here waiting for my jacket pot to cook while my oh is sat eating a domino's americano pizza!! I had the smallest bite, delicious is not the word!!! Decided I'm treating myself at wk end to one, goin for a tikka one tho at 5 pp! Was supposed to b goin out but change of plan, instead of using on vodka,weeklies will now be used on pizza :-0 x
 
N thats 5 pp a slice!! the slices seem so much smaller than pizza hut, but can't find the pp for a full one!
 
Well done for stopping at one bite!! don't know if I'd have been able. Have a hen next weekend so will def have treats. Don't want to fall completely off the wagon though!

well I've never had a domino's before! It tasted so nice! I'm treating myself this wk end if I lose but gonna opt for chicken tikka cos that's one of the lowest at 5 pp a slice. It's still a lot like for pizza, will have to fill up on low pp stuff through day xx

breakfast - 2x belvita biscuits = 6
milk in tea = 1

total = 7

dinner -1/2 pack batchelors chick n mush pasta = 6
apple n sugar free jelly = -0

total = 6

tea- jacket pot =5
sml chick breast = 3
2 tbsp jack daniels sauce = 1
extra light mayo = 1
salad= 0
flora = 2

total = 12


snacks - bag of party rings = 3
milk in tea= 1

total 4

tot for today

29/29 :D

plus 2 litre water, same water intake day before aswell!

I wasn't sure on them at first bit I like them now, nice with a cuppa! quite filling cos they are thick xx
 
Grrr gone over my dailies by 12 already! Made some bad choices tod, had a pasta pot at lunch that I worked out at 3 but was actually about 7! was 3 dry!! :-0! really don't want any more pp if I can help it! Think it's cos I'm on aswel, always hungry at that time of month :-( x

really mad with myself tod, been so good and then i've spoilt myself. i know i haven 't gone over my weeklies but i always seem to use a lot so close to weigh in!!
anyway tomorrow is another day :D
