The fishcakes are from m n s, salmon ones, 5 pp each, haddock ones are only 4 pp xx


Oh defo trip to M&S this week for the veg mossakka and now fish cakes. I really love anykind of seafood dish. There fish pie is bloody gorgeous too!

Not topside about WI tomoz. Totm still not arrived and no doubt it will come on weigh day along with a few Extra pounds haha x

Sunday's food diary

Breakfast - oat so simple = 5
milk in tea's = 3


Lunch - dairy Lee tubes = 3


Tea - asda's Yorkshire pud filled with chicken, sausage pot n stuffing = 12
gravy = 2

Snacks - sugar in tea - 1
Party rings = 3

Total 29/ 29
 
Monday's food dairy

Breakfast - toast n butter = 5
milk in tea's = 3
alpen light bar = 2

Lunch - chicken on wholemeal b/cake with light Mayo = 8

Tea- marinated chilli salmon = 10
bag veg = 0
Apple = 0
Banana= 0

Snacks - ww yog = 1
small bun - 4 ( tried my hardest to resist but kept calling me ;-) )

It was asda pre packed one! It was lovely! Would have been way more points if I tried to make it all from scratch! less messing about too! Haha xx

I just use semi skimmed milk, just class it as 3 for my tea's xx
 
Hi hollie, well bit of a disaster sat having a domino's pizza, garlic bread ect so gone way over weeklies this wk. But since then I've been quite good! Hope I don't gain tomorrow! How u gettin on? Xx
 
i know how u feel, havent been on plan this last week and a half and if i wrote down everything i had eaten u would be shocked lol! very bad. and today is a new start (ive said this for last 5 days) lmfao.... but today i mean it. been good so far and im going to meeting today as i decided i cant do it without them. however my stomach is looking like theres a 3month baby in there so i know i am going to get a gain :( hope that ur weigh in goes ok :) x
