ProPoints Kezza's weight loss n food diary!!

To be honest I haven't done it for a wk or so, my mums DVD player is broke. Only get to do it at my oh house! it is quite tough but u can really feel it the next day. I think it would really tone u up if u stick with it xx
 
Back on track, here is todays diary

Wednesday 28th sep

Breakfast - 2 x weetabix - 4
Milk - 4

Lunch - chicken tikka warb wrap with light Mayo - 7
Quavers - 2


Tea - chilli salmon - 10
Veg - 0
Ww from frai - 1

Total 28/ 29

May have 1 sweetie in a bit for the extra point!

thursdays diary, planned on just having 29 but went over by a few. made cup cakes agin tod for oh, tried a little bit of the sponge to make sure was cooked properly but no naughty buttercream!!:p

Well I haven't posted yesterday's diary yet but it was a really bad one! Had about 69 pp!! :-0 went to Frankie n bennys for tea n had steak Ciabatta with chips n dough balls to start, then had a cup cake when I got home! Aswel as other naughty things!! Gone over my weeklies by 3 when I wasnt planning on having any! I've really got to try n stick to my dailies till wed, not looking forward to wi wed! X

So I've not had a v good wk again! I'm gonna go to weigh in tomorrow although I know I've gained cos I can feel it, my period is due any min aswel so feel mega bloat with that! wish it wouldn't come at all to b honest n be pregnant but thats another story! been good so far today so hoping to carry on! Goin to do my 30 day shred DVD when I get home xx

Just a fresh tomrrow :) new week and all... And i normally weigh in tues night at 6.30 but went to a mornin one at 10 this mornin as going gym tonight :) x

Thanks hollie, I know I've gained but hoping not as much as my mums scales say!!

Claire it was tough again but felt better for doin it! Going to try n go for a jog tomorrow morning aswel xx
 
Well I didnt go for a jog this Mornin cos my legs were aching quite a bit from the exercise DVD. Will prob do it again later on. X
