ProPoints Kezza's weight loss n food diary!!

Im sure u will do it !! :) i have 4 weigh ins before my birthday which is when i would like to get to my first goal (9 st7) if i loose either 1.5 or 2 lb a week till then ishud be under that! So excited haha n its needed as we are all doin fancy dress all dressed as maids! My outfit came today cnt wait to gt home n try it on lol xc

Hey there,I 've been living in the land of stuff your face for the past few weeks...not good. Back on track since last week but it's like my body's working on a delay system-am really feeling the effects of the over eating now! And just as I was to target. Was 3 lbs up last week (missed one week's WI)- am hoping I'll have some of that gone by tomorrow. But no exercise...

I've exactly the same tras! Got my wi at 6.30 n I'm not looking forward to it at all! Mum's scales say I gained about 5 but I k ow they are out by a pound! :-/! Due on aswel so I know that will b playing a part but food has played a major part! Feel fat n sluggish!! Need to stick to it big time now xx
 
Oooh dear!! I put 4 fricking pound on!! :-( that is so depressing!! I'm back on it big time now ( I know I said this before but I really am now)! Been really naughty for two weeks and I'm on! That 4lb is comin off next wk! Watch this space! Haha

Well I've just been out with my mum for a jog, did just under 2 mile! I dragged her with me! Haha xx

Breakfast - cappuccino - 2
Bagel with flora n jam - 7 ( this was from mc d's, staff all had muffins ect )
Milk in tea's - 3

Dinner - skinny soup, Thai n lemon grass- 3
Ww biscuit - 2

Tea- salted wedges - 6
Fish cake - 4
Salad - 0
Extra light Mayo - 1
Ww yog - 1
