Its an optional change.. If you feel you're doing good as you are on 29 you don't have to change.. I think most are stickin to the 29 and if/when the losses stop they're gona reduce a PP at a time...

They're just "tweeks" they're making to make the program work for everyone
 
Think I might stick to 29 next wk, had 41/49 already with havin 26 dailies! plus I am goin to gym, always lost on 29 xx

26 is so much harder! Have just had a thought tho, if I use 21 weeklies, it's still like a "no weeklies" week from the 29PP plan lol. This makes me happy! X
 
Don't know if any of u have a slow cooker but I did a really nice chicken dish the other day n low pp !

Ingredients

400ml chick stock
2 x chick breast, or more depending on how many ur cooking for
2 x bacon rashers choppe up ( I used ww)
1tbsp tomatoe purée
One garlic clove crushed ( optional but really tasty)
One large carrot diced
One onion diced
2tbs plain flour

Basically u fry the chicken breast off n put In the slow cooker. Fry off the onion, garlic, bacon n carrot for about 5 min, then add the tomatoe purée n flour, gradually adding the stock. Mix together for a few minutes n transfer to ur slow cooker, cook for about 9 hr on low or about 6 on medium xxx

Really weird Kerry. Just been chattin about gettin me a slow cooker :) So once j get it I'll b hounding u aswell for recipes for it :)
 
Haha how weird! I only got mine at Xmas, keeping looking up new recipes on the net xx

Yeh it's very nice, doesn't look great but it's tasty xx
