ProPoints Kezza's weight loss n food diary!!

Smoothies are free if made by yourself without any pointed stuff in as far as I know, but if you juice stuff then its pointed because you remove alot of the fibre and its less filling. Smoothies are great though xx
 
Awww that's good thanks! Someone else on here told me not to eat em and I thought it was better than nothing!!,

Been naughty, not been to gym just eat loads of crap!!! Really mad with myself this wk, feel bigger than ever! No more excuses tomorrow, gettin rid of all the choc, n getting my ass to the gym!!! X

I went for a run yesterday but not going tonight to gym or anything. Stuffed from my dinner! X
 
Don't worry kerry I didn't end up going either still so tired from the weekend I haven't eaten much today as I have been detoxing but I need exercise, I have so much work to do I feel like I can't do anything else

Same here kez I did fab for first half of the week and ruined it all today!dreading wi tomorro :-(
 
Sounds like we've all been the same! :-( .. I think I need a detox!! N def fresh start tomorrow! Gonna have a really good work out, also gonna cut down on bread, been eating way too much of it just lately xx

Me to hun I am going to Zumba tomo but I've said out loud now that that will be it for the week as I have to much work to do and can't leave the house really! But next week I'm going to gym it to the Max! We can do it hun!

That's not so bad hun.. Chin up :)

And remember.. Take yer measurements before you get too far into your gyming... Just in case you start to see lotza STS's.. You'll be biulding muscle (which is heavier that fat) and losing inches.. :)

yeh i might measure myself cos if i stick to it properly n stay the same i won't b happy! haha not at gym till thur now as i'm at my mums ton n tomorrow!! gonna kain it thur! .... again xx

I measured a couple of weeks ago not going to re measure for a while yet lol I know I'll be disappointed
