Weigh in wasn't great 10st 8, well just under but will say 10 8. So that's 1 n half gain what I lost last wk! :-(!

Well done on gym you will get there with diet it needs to click again it did for me but I must admit after my STS I feel a bit frustrated again as I'm sat in the pub drinking larger!

Yeh it's very disheartening when u stick to plan n sts! I've gained cos I've eat rubbish but it drives me mad when i stick to it n sts so I know how u feel! Maybe you'll get a nice 2lb loss next wk xx
Well done Hun I defo went over today as I have two half a largers then had a meal out and shared a small dessert with my bf but I don't mind haven't treated myself in ages
