Well done that's great I haven't lost more than a pound in one go for a long time ha ha, I've been 100% so I'm hoping for a loss thurs or I'll cry

Well I'm sticking to 29 pp now n see how I go, although as u can see from my food intake I went well into my weeklies, also drinking fri night so I need the rest for
That. been to gym today n earnt 7 AP so if I go tomorrow n sun mon that's 28 so should b ok xx

Def makes a difference, I think I eat worse on 26 cos I end up binging cos
I'm starving n feel bad for goin into weeklies xx
 
Y dont u do week 29, then go to 28 then 27 then 26 do it by one each week coz ur stomach will get smaller and it will get easier x

It's true hunny it's taken me a few weeks but I am eating less now and getting fuller quicker it just takes time you will get there

Had a disastrous wk end with food! Had two girlie nights this wk end, one with wine cheese n other bits plus loads of drinking till 3.30 in the mornin! Second night Chinese but no drinks! Sat mornin fry up and macdonalds today! Big fat oops!!!!
So I'm changing my weigh day to thur, always finish at 2 on a thur so I know I can get weighed at same time every wk, although its changing to a wed in a couple of wk so b changing weigh day to a wed! But for now it's thur! I work shifts so no point gettin weighed in mornin one wk then eve wk after cos I weigh different am n pm! ... Back to the gym tomorrow n gonna work my butt off! ( hope so anyway! ) haha xx

Glad you had a good time though hunny we have to have fun to just draw a line and start a fresh, yay I am a thurs wi to I do it at home in the morning so I know it is the same time every week well whenever I'm up! I'm going to up the exercise next week to good luck hun

so i have manged tpo stick to 26pp so far. made healthy choices n found it ok to do today, i think that is the key making healthy choices. where as before i was left with about 5 pp for t n ended up goin into weeklies n then feeling bad so over eating!! xx
