B- 2 x wholemeal (HEB) lean bacon and 1 tsp of ketchup ( syns?????)
L- Salad with lean pork( lettuce, toms, cucumber, red onion)
snack- 2 x alpen light(HEB) and apple
D- Cottage loaf ( extra lean mince, red onion, one grated carrot, one chopped tomato, and egg white and herbs mixed up and shped to a loaf tin and baked for an hour) smells lovely as its cooking right now.
Going to warm some passata for sauce and have it with green beans
snack- water melon. ff vanilla onken with 1 alpen light sprinkled on top (3syns)
