Off to visit my grandad today. Hoping he doesn't want to do to lunch somewhere too bad for me. Am desperately trying to stick to plan food wise - booze is another matter, but I had given myself some leeway for that over this period. I have friends round for drinks tonight as well, so would rather use my 30 Syns on that!
Breakfast - 35g sultana bran (heb) with melon, strawberry, oranges, & on ken fat free mango& apple yogurt
Lunch: something on plan in the restaurant my grandad has no doubt decided to book!
Dinner: depends - if we do have lunch out, I will have some Italian veg soup(made with celery, onion,carrot, peppers,swede, potato, butternut squash, garlic) when I get home, if not, chicken & spinach curry (which I'll make either way for the OH) - made its tomatoes, spinach, potato, chicken, onions.
