Well, the meal at my consultants house was lovely for the most part! Roasted Stuffed peppers to start (stuffed with rice & ham), Turkey stuffed with garlic, chill & ham flavoured quark (frankly the quark was not my fav thing, but it didn't ruin it) then rolled in cous cous to make it crunchy, served with a french potato dish which did have syns in (& was AMAZING), and vegetables. Then a strawberry mouse, and chocolate mouse (again, both with quark in, and again, it didn't ruin it even if its not my fav thing.) a glass of wine, and the whole thing was 15 syns!!! Very impressed
So, food plan for today.
Breakfast: Fruit, yogurt, and fruit & fibre
Lunch: forgot my lunhc this morning so went & bought a tin of tuna, a microwave rice (3.5 syns - such a waste but needs must) and have some carrot, cucumber and pepper sticks with me, plus a pear. I also have a chicken pasta mugshot in my bag which I mighth ave instead of hte rice to save the syns. Just worried it won't be enough as I am going to the gym after work so won't eat til quite late on.
Dinner: Will be Mediteranean Chicken with my HEA of cheese sprinkled on top.
