Kingleds Food Diary - help needed!

Slight change to lunch - mainly cos I completely forgot my HEX's in any of my meals. So will have 4 ryvita with Philly light (hea & heb) with some salad
 
Dark chocolate highlights - where have you been all my life. Just had one with some squirty cream & some mini marshmallows - 4 Syns. 6 Syns total for today as I ate 2 of the 1 syn sausages earlier.

So difficult to get up this morning! OH has the day off which made it even more difficult.

Food for today

Breakfast: Melon, strawberry & kiwi with mullerlight & 35g fruit & fibre (HEB)

Lunch: Spinach & aubergine Dhal (spinach, aubergine, shallots). With an apricot & kiwi fruit

Dinner: Mediterranean Chicken (tomatoes, peppers, onions, courgette) - with 42g reduced fat cheese (HEA)
 
Change to dinner tonight. Hm burgers with chips - am going to buy some mccain rustic ones as they are 1 syn per 100g raw. Worth it i reckon for the convenience. Then will have some grilled mushrooms & tomatoes with it. Yum! Plus my HEB cheese & maybe a couple of ex lean bacon rashers, but no bread. Reckon i can do the whole thing for less than 4 syns inc a bit of mayo.
 
okay, so actually ended up making SW chips instead of buying them in as OH prefers SW chips now apparently. So dinner was free, exepct the tablespoon of ketchup in the burgers, and the tablespoon of bbq sauce for my chips, so 2 syns. THe only thing is that I bought the mince from the butcher, and he told me it was 2% fat, but there was what looked like fat coming out of it when i cooked them. Weird as the same batch didn't do this wehn i made shephards pies the other night. To be on the safe side I deciuded to syn it as if it were lean mince instead of extra lean, so thats another 5 syns, and as it was so late when i ate due to going to he gym, I didn't eat anything after dinner, so its not a disaster. 7 syns for yesterday.

Todays food plan
Breakfast: Omlette with grilled tomatoes & a flat mushroom

Lunch: Jacket Potato with beans & cheese (HEA) and a salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes & peppers

Dinner: one of, Shephards Pie with mixed veg, Mediterranean Chicken or Carribean Chicken Stew with Rice.

HEB: Fibre Plus Bar after dinner.

syns: suspect these will go on a hihglights with squirty cream & mini marshmallows (4 syns)
 
An options mocha consumed - 2 syns. Also managed to avoid the box of celebrations until all that was left was stuff i hate - now where's that halo :)
 
Ended up having the shephard spie for dinner with broccoli & beans. I had put some light sunflower spread in the mash so i'm counting 2 syns for that.

was so full i didn't even bother with my hot choc. so 4 syns yesterday.

Today:

Breakfast: Bowl of fruit (pineapple, melon, blackberries, blueberries & raspberries) with a mullerlight & 35g of all bran (HEB)

Lunch: Spinach & aubergine Dhal (onion, spinach, aubergine, tomato)

Snack for if i feel hungry: carrots, brocoli, cherry tomatoes, peppers

dinner: mediteranean chicken (tomatoes, peppers, courgette, new potatoes)

Of to the gym tonight so may indulge in a proper chocolate bar after wards.
 
Syn count for yesterday was 6. 2 options, squirty cream & mini marshmallows. I am addicted!

So, am out for lunch with a client today. Hope to stick to plan, but have not had my HeX's with breakfast just in case.

Breakfast: ommlette, mushrooms, tomatoes.

Lunch: don't know yet

Dinner: spicy chicken (peppers, onions, tomatoes) with pasta. If i have my HEA left i'll use it.

Syns wise, am off for a back massage at 7pm so won't be eating till late so doubt i will eat many - depends on lunch.
 
Okay. Lunch was cancelled, so on my way home at the moment. Had a boots shapers sushi pack as was starving - 2 syns.

Lunch will prob be some butternut squash soup, & couple of ryvita (heb) now. Should keep me going.

Now i can also use my HEA on some cheese on tonight spicy chicken. Yum!

Dinner: chilli (ex lean mince, onions, peppers, tomatoes, kidney beans) with rice & 42g red fat cheese (HEA)

Breakfast: ex lean bacon, egg, tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans

Lunch: 'chilli' pizza - a wm pitta (heb) with chill & 42g mozzerella (hea), salad

Dinner: hm meatballs with pasta & a tomato & veg sauce
 
Syn count for yesterday: 16 - oops. Had a 5 syn snack box from my graze box, a bag of mini jaffas 6 syns, a hot choc with cream & marshamallows 4 syns, plus 1 syn of breadcrumbs in my meatballs.

Still, am finding it hard to eat more than 7 syns a day during the week so am not going to worry about an extra 6 one day.

Lunch: Cajun black bean soup (onion, pepper, mango tout, okra, black beans, tomatoes & potatoes)

Dinner: Carribean Chicken Stew - Chicken, peppers, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, with rice.

HEA: Dunno yet. Quite fancy a cup of tea so maybe I will use it for milk in that today.

Gym tonight so minimal syns will be used. I never want to eat loads after a gym session.
 
On the basis that I won't eat any syns tonight, and my meals are only adding up to about 1150 calories for the day, and I'm off to the gym after work, I have eaten a 10 syn scone. I know i'm making excuses. I don't care. I wanted it! It was lovely :)

Your food looks good. Delicious and on plan. I could do with taking a leaf out of your book. I have been such a baddy lately.

You have had a lot going on haven't you? So sticking to plan goes well out of the window when there loads of other stuff going on.

An starving today for some reason. Have earn my dinner & still hungry.
 
Survived last night without eating anything else. Not sure how though

Woke up this morning with a temperature, aches & a cough. Not happy. Have to spend the next 2 days at the business travel show manning a stand, and talking intelligently to the public. Should be interesting.

Food plan for today.

Breakfast : omelette with cheese (hea), grilled tomatoes & mushrooms

Lunch: m&s egg & potato salad with some cooked chicken

Dinner: hm shepherds pie (ex lean mince, mixed veg, baked beans, sweet & white potato mash.. With some extra mixed veg.

Will try to get tot the gym tonight as well. Depending on how I feel when I get home.
