Kingleds Food Diary - help needed!

Just had a 3 syn graze box & have wisely bequeathed anything over 6 syns to the human dustbin who sits next to me in the office :) have also gone through the graze site & binned anything over 100 calls & done them fortnightly!

Syn count for yesterday was 10 in the end as had my hea cheese on a roll (6 syns) after dinner. Also did a 45 min cardio session in the gym which made me feel better. Hubby feels like he's put weight on so is all motivated again, which all helps as well.

So, food plan today - red day

Breakfast: Cheese (hea1) omelette with mushrooms & tomatoes

Lunch: salmon salad ( lettuce,cucumber, peppers, radish, carrot), Hifi bar (heb1) fruit ( pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Dinner: spicy Italian chicken (tomatoes, courgette, peppers, onion) with jacket potato ( heb2) & cheese ( hea2)

Jesus I didn't buy it! I won it at work :) who has £400 spare to spend on a toy like that with all the shoes & handbags there are in the world :)
 
Took my lunch out of the freezer last night, but for some reason hubby saw it out and thought it should be in the freezer, and so no lunch. He never puts stuff away so why on earth he decided to do it this time is beyond me!

So, breakfast is fruit, fruti & fibre (HEB) and a activia strawberry snackpot

Dinner is Spaghetti bolognese with cheese (HEA)

Lunch will be something free from M&S, probably a Egg & Potato salad with some form of meat/fish
 
Ended up with a prawn & tuna salad with noodles for lunch - all free. Then was still hungry so ate a small tin of beans!
 
So, food plan for today

Breakfast: magic porridge made with heb porridge, activia strawberry yogurt, frozen blackberries & raspberries

Lunch : butternut squash risotto

Dinner: fish pie (salmon, prawn,cod, haddock, spinach, onion, garlic, hea for Philly light) with broccoli & carrots
 
Have had a fudge bar, which was 6 syns.

Also have not eaten my lunch, went to the cafe for lunch with a colleageu (oh no I hear you say!) I had .....wait for it.....l

Jacket Potato with beans and salad

Currently I am polishing my halo :)
 
Lost 1/2lb. Bullet dodged there me thinks :)

Have friends round for tapas tonight. Cooking it all myself & it will be SW friendly. Except 1 dish with chorizo in & one with cream.

Yup, but I did tell my c I can't commit to it anymore. She understands so I just need to get someone else to agree to do it now! Which might be slightly tricky. I don't mind if when I get there I have to pitch in, it's just the having to be there at 8.30am!
