Syn count for yesterday was 10 in the end as had my hea cheese on a roll (6 syns) after dinner. Also did a 45 min cardio session in the gym which made me feel better. Hubby feels like he's put weight on so is all motivated again, which all helps as well.
So, food plan today - red day
Breakfast: Cheese (hea1) omelette with mushrooms & tomatoes
Lunch: salmon salad ( lettuce,cucumber, peppers, radish, carrot), Hifi bar (heb1) fruit ( pineapple, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Dinner: spicy Italian chicken (tomatoes, courgette, peppers, onion) with jacket potato ( heb2) & cheese ( hea2)
