Kingleds Food Diary - help needed!

Hey missy, do you mind if I come visit you in your diary? As I have decided to keep out of the main forum now, I thought I'd swing by to say Hi!!!

Fed up of it, far too much snapping going on, so many people jumping down others throats and telling people how to behave. It's all the time!
Sorry to hijack your diary with my rant Kingleds!!!

I'll pop in and out of off topic but the main forum is out of bounds for a while. If you don't tell people what they want to hear, they just don't like it!!!

I know what you mean, a lot of the time I just 'read & run' as I know what I really want to say wouldn't be what they want to hear. There does appear to be a lot of b1tching at the mo.
 
Morning all :)

Jaylou - rant away hun. It is getting very silly again so I have dug out my tin hat for the forseeable:rolleyes::cool: I'm begining to think its a generational thing tbh. If you are 30 or over you don't tend to get as offended by what some random on the internet says. Under 30 and you will throw your toys at the slightest poerceived insult

Yesteday was a colossal waste of my time & a very bad day food wise. Ended up having a egg mayo & bacon baguette as was so hungry by 10am I thought I would faint, ate my lunch at about 3pm, then there were some nibbles at the events evening reception. 2 glasses of wine as well.:eek:

Then got to waterloo to get home and someone had helpfully thrown themselves in front of a train, so I ended up waiting around of ages and got home at 9pm eventiually. Having been on my feet on a stand all day, then standing on a train for 90 mins I was not even remotely hungry though! Plus my phone was dead so no minimins to keep me occupied (though given my mood probably a good thing as I might have got into trouble for correcting people in the wrong way again :rolleyes:)

My feet & back are absolutely killing me still :(

Food Plan for today

Fruit, yogurt, muesli (HEB)

Spicy Italian Chicken (chicken, onions, tomatoes, peppers, onions, chilli & herbs)

Sweet & Sour Pork (1 syn) that i didn't make last night)
 
I reckon we should all either shoot from the hip and tell them straight, or just nod and agree that eating 15 Mullers a day is fine AND they can lose 10lb a week doing so, that's what they want to hear!
 
Oh and no, you don't need your third superfree, it's just there for a laugh, and explain the difference between free, superspeed and speed foods again, and give a list of healthy extras, and tell them not to be disappointed in only losing a pound a week, and yes, half a stone is 2 weeks is perfectly doable...... and yes, SW does really work......

'I hate all veg & fruit, can I still loose weight on a plan which says I need to eat 1/3rd fruit & veg'?

Or

'should I stop exercising cos I don't seem to loose any weight when I do loads of exercise'

Or

'SW is eat as much as you want - I'm eating my own body weight in pasta each day & don't seem to be loosing weight. Can anyone help?'

Oooh, are we mean? Or have we really just had enough?!!!!!

So many people have "left" - I know why now.
 
There should be a thread with all these quotes - lighten the forum up a bit. :D:D
