Planned my cinema treats
Cooked a sw dinner sat for family instead of meal out

Guess ir just wasnt to be

Ill b honest had white bread toast and a packet crisps after class tonight as thought I may aswell deserve the gain lol but over it and back on it

Plan for tomorrow

B - omlette with pepper and onion and green tea

L - pulled pork risotto and veg left overs

S - pear and kiwi fruit

D - burger on hex b roll with chips and lots of onion, cucumber, tomatoes and hex a cheese

Syns - going out to a party will get a bottle low cal wine and diet lemonade make ir last me will syn sat morning exactly 5.5
