Today hasn't been too bad thanks hun Just cleaning at the moment blaring Rihanna lol

I spoke to an organisation called Leap this morning who are offering me free weigh ins and exercise for 10 weeks.. not sure if I want to do it though because it's all calorie counting and not SW

What they do there apparently is weigh you and then you do an hours exercise straight after so I don't think ill be able to opt out

id go for it **** what others think u doing it for u i think u should it would give you confidence once you did it i feel fab after zumba and all shapes and sizes go x

defo and if you dont think it for you after a few weeks you dont need to go but you will know you tried

worked out if i lose 1lb a week between now and holiday aug i will have lost 21lbs and be 7 from target how amazing would it be hope i manage and body continues to let me lose weight!!

I got the magazine, and then my cousin gave me a book. I don't leave the house so I can't join a class. I am following the extra easy, but I'm not sure if that has syns?
